Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order due to pricing errors, inventory issues, suspected fraud, or other unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel an order that has already been paid for, you will receive a refund.
Handmade & Small-Batch Items
Many RubyRue products are handmade, designed, or produced in small batches. Slight variations in color, placement, size, or appearance may occur and are part of what makes these goodies unique.
Shipping, Returns & Replacements
Orders are subject to our Shipping and Refund & Replacement Policies. Please review those policies before purchasing.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Product Availability
We do our best to keep inventory accurate, but occasionally an item may sell out or become unavailable after an order is placed. If this happens, we’ll contact you to arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Intellectual Property
All original RubyRue artwork, designs, photographs, graphics, logos, product descriptions, and other original content are the property of RubyRue and may not be copied, reproduced, resold, or used commercially without permission.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership or reproduction rights to the artwork or design.
Website Use
Please don’t use our website or products for fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful purposes. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders when necessary.
Liability
RubyRue is not responsible for damages resulting from improper use of our products or circumstances outside of our reasonable control.
