Shipping Policy

We’re a small shop, and we pack every order with lots of love (and probably a little chaos). 💕

Orders are typically packed and shipped within 3–5 business days. During launches, sales, or especially busy times, processing may take a little longer.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information when available.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order! Customers are responsible for additional shipping costs if an order needs to be resent due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Lost package? If your package appears to be lost in transit, please reach out and we’ll help make it right.

Packages marked delivered by the carrier are not considered lost. If you can’t locate your package, please check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier first.

If an item arrives damaged or broken, send us photos and we’ll happily work with you on a replacement.
